SOLVING THE CRITICAL PROBLEMS:   In fiber tensioning, composite winding, fiber placement and fiber handling,  Helman Tensioners solve and eliminate most all critical problems.

To solve your process control problems, you must do the following:

1) All fibers must be absolutely uniform
2) There must be no fiber damage
3) You must have exact fiber placement

4) You need unlimited take-up for no fiber slack
5) Programmable tension changes during the 
    process may be critically necessary
